I sat for more than 15 minutes without any attention. Walked up to look for the bill. When I politely mentioned service delay to the cashier, she was not interested in the conversation. The attitude and service are not good. Thanks.

Very unfriendly staff. Half of charging ports aren't working, and your food is pathetic. I gave this feedback at your Kitengela branch, but your waiter's response was, "This is not Java"

Very few guests but you have to go and look for the waitress to make an order. I thought this habit had stopped. Worst of all, after sitting on an empty table for almost ten minutes, with nobody attending to me, one waitress eventually comes, but tell me that I have to move to another table, that this had been reserved. Then I told her but there's is nothing to show that it's reserved. She arrogantly tells me that she forgot to put a notice on the table, but I have to leave. I willingly accepted but told her that where you were asking me to go to had only one seat, yet I needed three. She told me she was going to add additional seats, but didn't. Continued with her other duties, wiping other tables, while we are standing. Anyway, I sorted out myself, walked around and picked two more seats

"Staff could benefit from being a bit more approachable. A simple, warm greeting goes a long way. When team members appear genuinely happy to assist clients, rather than seeing it as a chore, it can make the experience more welcoming and attract more customers."

Terrible customer service Loud and vulgar language from kitchen Unfriendly waiter-one that I got to experience. I frequent here but there’s just one of them that is too hostile. I nolonger love visiting the place given that i could get coffee everyday
